Binding Agreement

By accessing the 77j7 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you enter into a binding legal agreement with 77j7 and acknowledge that these Terms govern your use of the platform in their entirety. No separate written confirmation is required; your use constitutes acceptance.

Capacity to Contract

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a legal entity, you additionally represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English as the governing language. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the legal meaning of the English version, which prevails in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 77j7 platform you must register a personal account by providing your mobile phone number, a secure password, and any other information we may reasonably request during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account information if any details change.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 77j7 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances or bonus winnings held within them may be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. Know Your Customer (KYC)

77j7 may require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. KYC is a standard industry procedure designed to protect players and prevent fraud.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 77j7 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit are from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Responsible Use of Funds

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated play across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk (arbitrage), or any other strategy deemed by 77j7 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. 77j7's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Ownership

All content on the 77j7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of 77j7 or is licensed to 77j7 by its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 77j7 brand name and logo are registered trademarks of 77j7.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77j7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Service Availability

77j7 aims to provide a continuous, uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 77j7 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity resulting from service downtime.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, balances, or bonus amounts, 77j7 reserves the right to void affected transactions and correct any erroneous credits or debits. We will always endeavour to resolve such errors fairly and promptly, and will communicate with affected players as necessary.

Player Protection Tools

77j7 provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options accessible from within your account settings. Termination by 77j7

77j7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In cases of genuine error on 77j7's part, any legitimate balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player.

Termination by Player

You may close your 77j7 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be forfeited and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.
